I consider city orientation an important service that every hotel should provide. It is really important for a tourists since they don´t actually know how to deal with a city like Denver or any other metropolis. Last year I travelled to Argentina and was not able to stay in a hotel because of the small budget I had so I just decided to rent an apartment in buenos aires . The rental company gave me a lot of information about how to deal with all the problems that could arise. It was great!
